This lovely hand-dyed yarn reminds me of tiny wild plums that are not yet fully ripened. Just as with fruit, there are wonderful slight variations in the colors of this yarn, giving it an impression of depth and texture when made up. 50% Alpaca makes this a soft yarn and 50% Peruvian wool adds a nice feel. This yarn would work up well in hats, scarves, mittens, gloves, cowls, vests, socks, ponchos and sweaters. 209 yards/3.5 ounces. Hand wash separately in cold water, lay flat to dry. Monitors will not adequately display the subtle loveliness of the variations in color.
